Reviews
The vet is good and has a lot of experience, you can tell immediately. However, one employee was unfriendly and insensitive when my dog was being put to sleep. Better to find another job.
Many thanks to Dr. Lerch and the entire practice team. Highly competent, friendly, warm, and empathetic. Here, both people and animals can feel safe and secure. A huge thank you to all of you.
Great experience. Fantastic team. Finally, someone who takes small animals like guinea pigs seriously. That's not always the case with other vets, but it is here. Thank you, we'll be back :)
We had our dog euthanized at 15 and inquired whether this could be done at our home. This was refused, even though we live only 3 km away, due to a lack of capacity. This is despite the fact that home visits are offered on their website. It's a shame; I would have liked to spare our dog the final journey and the stress. Otherwise, he is a competent veterinarian, but I am disappointed by this.
A very kind and competent veterinarian. He talks to my little dogs like they would to people; he reads their feelings and thoughts in their eyes. Then he examines them, and they remain perfectly still because he has been so empathetic. You can really feel this man's love for animals. Thank you.
