We had our dog euthanized at 15 and inquired whether this could be done at our home. This was refused, even though we live only 3 km away, due to a lack of capacity. This is despite the fact that home visits are offered on their website. It's a shame; I would have liked to spare our dog the final journey and the stress. Otherwise, he is a competent veterinarian, but I am disappointed by this.

We searched for a long time in Trier and the surrounding area for a practice we could trust 100%, one that didn't just see animals as a profit. When Dr. Lerch still had his practice in Trier South, I always went there with my mom. I still remember how he explained the different stages of a tapeworm to me. When I grew up and had animals of my own, he was no longer there; he relocated his practice. By chance, my husband and I ended up with him again, and we haven't regretted it to this day. Whether he or his staff, everyone is always willing to listen, and you can tell they want to help. Great value for money and a lot of heart for people and animals.

Very experienced doctor and helpful team! Our cat is very anxious, and we weren't sure if we could go through with the procedure. It worked like a miracle. The recovery and follow-up examination also went very well. I would highly recommend this practice.

We came across this practice more or less by chance, for the castration of our male dog. We had previously gone elsewhere, but will continue to see Dr. Lerch. I find his approach to both people and animals excellent. I feel well-advised, and the price-performance ratio is right.
