Reviews
24/7 klinik. They were extremely nice with us. We found a abandoned dog with scars and open wounds and were admitted and the animal quite well taken care of. It is still in the process of recovery and getting along great with his new brother. The medical staff has been always very kind and has spoken to me in English for better understanding.
Excellent service. I think the best doctors for animals I have ever had. Very good treatment from all people working, everybody speaks English, and the most important is that they treat the animals as they should be treated correctly. My dog was treated by chemotherapy there, and even small issue with his health, the doctors take care about it. They are very professional and they know what they are doing. Thank you very much. I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism from your part Dr. Elmer and Dr. Müllhause.
The positives is that everyone there is nice. We had to go there on a day they had a holiday and they allowed us in. They were super friendly from the beginning and now is our go to Vet from now on even with us living in Bitburg. The negative is like any vet they are kinda pricey but personally I don't mind. There have been Vets that are pricey and the staff is rude. So I recommend this place for sure.
I found out at animal control on Eurotunnel my UK vet had made an error in my Pet Passport. So whilst I was getting my Dog wormed for her return trip I asked them if they could sort it out, which they did so now I have a valid Pet Passport for our next trip. Even though we weren’t clients we were seem quite quickly, the vet and veterinary nurse spoke excellent English so we were able to communicate easily. The bill seemed very reasonable for all the time spent with my Dog and doing all the paperwork. Would definitely return to see this Vet
Booked our fog to have it's worming treatment and pet passport signed fit for travel, vet was very nice, gave the tablet in food so there were no issues administering it. £58.00 which is the usual rate in the area. Overall good service and easy to book over the phone in English.
