Reviews
A very nice practice – we feel our dog is in excellent hands there. The veterinary team is extremely sensitive and loving with the animals. The prices are also very reasonable.
I am extremely satisfied with this veterinary practice. My cat is under the care of Dr. Malambré, and she is a very empathetic, competent, and lovely veterinarian. The other staff members I have met so far are also all very friendly. There is a great working atmosphere, and the practice itself is simply beautiful.
Unfortunately, I can't really share the positive experiences of others. I was treated by a brusque, very strong, and very unfriendly employee. She didn't even acknowledge my greeting, and when I asked questions, she just said "Huh?" On top of that, I had to stand for almost an hour with my emergency—my very sick cat—because of a "more important" emergency, with almost no explanation, no offer of a chair, let alone a glass of water (and I'm over 60). The vet was fine, but this woman was absolutely not!
Dr. Hennen was a great help to us and our cat. She quickly referred us to the veterinary clinic and provided excellent preparation. A fantastic veterinary practice. Thank you so much!
