An absolute joke of a practice. Please if you love your pets avoid at all costs. If you had a good experience once with them few years ago you more than likely won't now. My cat had a wound on his belly, he was acting absolutely normal but didn't want to take a chance and took him to this vet, besides that the Vet that saw us looked scared to even touch the cat seemed that even the nurse was baffled at the vet for how he was acting, we were told the cat needs surgery urgently as the wound started to look infected and to cut what they said it was dead tissue around the wound. They shaved him terrible around the wound it looks like a kid shaved his own head, they said we need to keep the wound clean and get him into surgery ASAP, because of how they shaved him it was impossible and hair was getting everywhere, at this point we already paid around 130 euro, and we were given a 500-800 quote for the surgery ( to remove the dead tissue) we decided in that moment to get a quick second opinion, we went to a smaller family ran practice, they cleaned him, explained everything so nicely, handled the cat amazingly well, gave us a spray for the wound so the cat doesn't lick it, gave the cat a injection for antibiotics and gave us pills for at home, saying it's not as bad as we were told and to just keep the cat inside and give his medicine,in not even 4 weeks the wound is completely closed just a scar remaining. So besides the bad service we were scared thinking our cat could be in life and death situation. Service 1 out of 5 The vet himself please find another calling the way you handle and are scared of wounded animals shows this is not it. Value for money 1 out of 5 ( money grab)

In my opinion they do not care about the animals well-being. All they probably care is making as much money as possible from their clients and keep calling them and upselling the services. We took our cat there do the castration, they opened up the cat and allegedly found that could be something wrong with the cat (maybe cancer), told as they will take samples and investigate. Just for this we paid over 500 eur. Then few days later they keep calling us that they will need to make additional samples and potentially the treatment will cost over 2000 eur. We started to ignore they calls and then once they reached us they said that now they can do castration and it will cost around 800 EUR. I don't mind paying the money to people that actually cares about the well being of the animals, but in my opinion this is not the case here.

I went there with my cat for every vaccinations from day one, because of good rating. Always on these days they told me that better to castrate her than not. I wasn’t sure about it but they assure me that that’s the better option. The day for castration came, I wanted blood test and everything , because I wanted any risk to be extremely low. She was young, 6 months old and playful. She never had problems. After the castration they told me that during the operation it was some difficulty with the spleen so I payed more. It was cut.. The cat breathed heavily and they put injection and told me to come back the next day. On the next day she wasn’t okay and stayed there and because that they were closing, the doctor for the heart was day off, I needed to count the breaths in and out every one hour because they assumed but wasn’t sure about liquid in her lungs. Instead immediately to tell us to go in hospital they told us to count. And less than 40 is okay and she will be better and to come next day. She took medicine and the counts were less than 40 and I believed she would be fine. However, the next morning when I went she was in worse condition and after three days in another hospital she passed away. I don’t need to tell that I payed for every visiting and mistake of them. I asked the vet what was the reason for the liquid, I wanted blood test for organ detect( that’s how it is written in their document) and he answered me “ the blood test is for general not for the organs”. That was a lie. I tried to shorten the story. In my opinion my cat would be alive and live long life if they saw correctly the test and saw her before the operation. This is not their first time doing this, they need to know and prepare the pet and the organism for the operation. Even if after time I have another pet I will never go back in this clinic. My pet was dying and they talked to me about money and costs and counting breaths in and out, because they were closing. That’s not how the vet doctor should behave!
