Reviews
I am very satisfied...and know that my cats are in good hands. Dr. Stammler takes her time and treats them conscientiously and professionally. I can highly recommend her.
False promises, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of empathy. I visited this practice after being explicitly assured over the phone—following the receptionist's consultation with the veterinarian—that an identical or equivalent medication to Simparica Trio was available in tablet form. I had clearly stated that spot-on treatments or oils were not an option for me. Upon arrival, it became clear that this promise had not been kept. The veterinarian seemed unprepared, did not address my specific concerns (medication and nail trimming), and instead steered the conversation toward unnecessary additional examinations and vaccinations, even though my dog is fully and up-to-date with his vaccinations (until 2026/2027/2028). The documents I brought with me—a current Slovakian vaccination certificate and lab results—were neither carefully reviewed nor professionally interpreted. Instead of making the effort to translate or research them, I was rudely told to explain the documents myself. I was interrupted several times and asked in an impolite tone to "let the vet finish speaking." My dog wasn't greeted, wasn't examined, and I was simply turned away—despite having made an appointment and having traveled there. The only positive aspect was the receptionist, who was friendly, competent, and prepared. Overall, I got the impression that there was neither genuine interest in the animal nor professional preparation. This practice is not recommended for pet owners who value reliable commitments, expertise, and respectful treatment.
I'm very grateful to Dr. Stammler. She took our rabbit in as an emergency because we couldn't get an appointment with our vet! She took excellent care of our little chap; without her, he probably wouldn't be with us anymore! Thank you!
We have been taking our cats to Dr. Stammler for over 13 years. She is a highly competent and experienced veterinarian. Her diagnoses and treatment suggestions have always been accurate. She has a keen sense of humor and is very empathetic towards the animals. I greatly value her realistic assessments. She is always concerned with the welfare of the animals. We are infinitely grateful to her for coming to our home so we could let our cats pass away with dignity in their own environment. This level of service is rarely found at veterinarians these days! With Ms. Moritz, she provides incredibly loving, friendly, and empathetic help and thus the best possible support! We cannot understand the few negative reviews here at all! An unreserved recommendation for every pet owner!
