A huge thank you to Dr. Busse and his wonderful team! My dachshund was spayed today after experiencing recurring problems with several false pregnancies. Dr. Busse never pressured me into surgery, but carefully observed everything over the past few months and always explained the available options to me honestly and competently. This calm and professional approach gave me great confidence. I received very thorough consultations before the surgery, and on the day of the procedure, the entire team was incredibly empathetic. When my dog ​​vomited in the morning when I dropped her off, the assistant lovingly cared for her – she even gently wiped her mouth. This showed me that she was in the best hands here, not only medically, but also personally (and animal-wise 😊). It's never easy to leave your pet for surgery, but thanks to this warm and professional care, I felt completely safe. I'm simply grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian and such a dedicated team to whom I can entrust my pet with complete peace of mind. ❤️🐾
