We felt very comfortable at the practice. Scheduling appointments was always straightforward, prompt, and incredibly well-organized. Emails were answered quickly, and requests for callbacks were always met. They forwarded blood test results and X-rays to us every time. We received incredibly friendly, caring, and top-notch care from everyone at all times. Everything was simply perfect. When we had to say goodbye to Alina, they gave us the space and time we needed. They even made a paw print of hers, which made this difficult situation a little more bearable because we knew we could take a little piece of her home with us. Thank you for everything!

Veterinary practice with excellent time management. They take their time, listen carefully, explain things well, and are well-equipped. They treat the animals with great care and are very friendly. However, these services come at a price, which you should be aware of. Despite the high cost, I highly recommend them ☺️

We were there for our cat's follow-up appointment. The reception area and the treatment rooms were all clean and tidy. All the staff were extremely friendly; we felt very comfortable and well cared for. Even the caretaker was a very nice fellow. The cat was very relaxed, which was certainly also due to the empathetic veterinarian, Dr. Drews. Thank you very much.
