A few days ago, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Luna. But the fact that she was able to live a relatively good life with her companion for almost six months despite her severe dental condition is thanks to Dr. Pföhler, who, together with us, sometimes made the impossible possible. This treatment, at the cutting edge of modern veterinary medicine, is of course not cheap, but it was absolutely worth it to us. Where all the other veterinary practices had long since given up, Dr. Pföhler always found a way. If we had known about this practice earlier, Luna could have been treated sooner and probably survived. Since our vet was on vacation, we were able to bring our cat Francis to your practice as an emergency case. Despite our best efforts in such a short time, we lost the battle and ultimately had to let our little darling go after 12 years. However, we also experienced firsthand the passion, compassion, and dedication that your practice always has. Thank you so much to the entire team; we would have loved to stay with you longer, but fate had other plans.

I was completely satisfied with the small animal practice. I wasn't a regular patient, but they still managed to squeeze me in as an "emergency" with my rabbit, Nino. Unfortunately, Nino needed surgery a few days later. I got an appointment very quickly and was very happy with the surgery and the aftercare. Bringing his companion rabbit along wasn't a problem either. The costs were high, but that's to be expected with high-quality medical care. We were impressed by how lovingly and kindly the patients were cared for. We were happy to make the long drive. Many thanks to the entire team! 🫶🏻

We recently moved to the area and this was our first visit. As soon as you walk in, you can see that everything is well thought out. I'm a huge fan of the separate waiting rooms. All the staff were very friendly and the team was highly competent. The doctor was very transparent and friendly. The entire experience was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

We took our poodle to Dr. Janke and felt incredibly well cared for and advised. Even though the diagnosis wasn't good, she explained everything to us very sensitively and in detail. She also explained the next steps and how to manage the kidney failure very clearly. Furthermore, she handled our very nervous dog with great care, and we would gladly make the long trip from Freiburg again. Highly competent and 100% recommended! Thank you so much!!!!
