Dr. Richter is truly the best! We are very sad that she is handing over the practice and retiring; she did her job exceptionally well ❤️ She was always so empathetic and loving with our two dogs, and she also gave us tremendous support on a personal level when our dog was diagnosed with cancer. She went through everything with us! The chemotherapy and all the blood draws. The ladies at reception are also very kind and wonderful; you can see that she is a fantastic boss and has a superb team! ❤️ We wish her all the best and much love. The Schleining Family with Nesch and Nala 💗
Ms. Anani was incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent! I had an emergency with my dog in the middle of the night and was referred to the practice by the on-call veterinary service. They helped me without hesitation at 5 a.m. Thank you so much! The fees were also more than fair; I've definitely had much worse experiences elsewhere.
Today, with heavy hearts, we decided to have our beloved cat euthanized. Our already existing grief was compounded by a horrific experience: we stood helplessly by, forced to watch as the animal was finally tortured to death on the third attempt in a professionally inept procedure. With Dr. Richter-Simon, it would have been handled professionally; with Ms. Anani, well, we would have gladly spared our cat that. Ms. Anani's response cannot apply to our case, as a different procedure took place, and I don't want to elaborate on it here, as that won't undo what happened. I just have one more thing to add: the standard fee for euthanizing a cat according to the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT) is approximately €31, but we were charged €114, for whatever reason, and we were not given an invoice.
We were always in good hands with Dr. Richter. The new vet is rough with the animals and incredibly rude. She made a careless cut. I needed stitches and then she even sent me a bill for it.
