Reviews
I only visited with a friend and her dogs. All staff were lovely. Very attentive to the animals and my friend is extremely happy with the care they give.
Helped us quickly and highly competently. Best recommendations

I had to go to Ms. Kähler for the emergency vet service. From the automated message on the phone, I already suspected that friendliness probably wasn't her strong suit, and I wasn't disappointed. She was absolutely unfriendly, showed zero empathy for the pet owners, and had absolutely no sensitivity. She was quite forceful and insensitive with my dog, too! She could have easily refrained from making certain remarks, not to mention her sometimes vulgar language. "You should watch out that my dog doesn't pee in the corners, because all the 'unneutered male dogs' always do that here." When I replied that my dog doesn't do that and never has, she dismissed it. "I should watch out that my dog doesn't do that and never has," she said. When my dog started whining, and I told my mother she could take him out, she replied, "Well, why bother? He can wait a few minutes, stop whining," as if it were her decision! This woman is incredibly intrusive and desperately needs to work on her social skills. Of course, honesty is a quality that few people possess anymore, and I can't and won't deny her that, nor her professional competence, as far as I can tell from my brief visit. Nevertheless, I wouldn't voluntarily set foot in that practice again unless I absolutely had to.
I took my pet there today and I'm completely satisfied. The entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. My pet felt very comfortable throughout the entire visit, which is especially important to me. The veterinarian was also very competent and helpful, and she took plenty of time to answer all my questions clearly. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!
