Super!
Top marks and at least 10 stars for the best veterinarian and her practice team. We owe Ms. Schulze Rückamp so much; through her loving, competent, and empathetic skills, she has provided excellent care for our Kenzo for over 10 years. He loves her, trusts her completely, and still willingly goes onto her examination table, even though he has been through quite a lot (skin allergies, tumors, injuries, intestinal diseases, etc.). Her dedication goes far beyond her practice hours or the provision of medications. We often called her around 8:00 p.m. or later, or she gave us many helpful tips on purchasing supplements online to strengthen his immune system, without any compensation. She does everything for the well-being of her animal patients... "Heart for Animals." Her team is also incredibly kind and friendly, greeting not only people but also, if necessary, their dogs. There are hardly any waiting times, and everything is well-planned and organized. Everyone is very helpful and strives to make the experience as pleasant as possible for the patients. We are especially grateful for the last year and a half, because thanks to a thorough examination, she diagnosed an anal gland tumor early on, almost by chance. Thanks to her dedication and intensive support, we still have a happy and healthy dog, and I hope her prognosis is correct and he continues to bring us much joy. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
I went there this morning with a stomach/intestinal obstruction emergency. When I asked for help, we were turned away in a rude and arrogant manner because we weren't patients there and didn't have an appointment! Of course, with an emergency, when are you supposed to make an appointment??? In my opinion, this is a failure to render assistance, and I will be reporting this to the Lower Saxony Veterinary Chamber! Unbelievable.
I would like to thank Dr. [Name] for her incredibly empathetic care for our little Frodo in his final moments. Such kindness in caring for a guinea pig, even under the pressure of an emergency shift, is certainly not something one can expect from everyone.
We can't thank Dr. Larissa Schulze Rückamp and her team enough. Our dog owes her so much – she's far more than just a veterinarian to us. What truly sets her apart is her unparalleled dedication: even in emergencies, she's always available and has even come to the practice outside of regular hours and during her vacation to help us. Such dedication and love for animals are rare these days. We feel completely safe and in excellent hands. Thank you for everything!
