What's particularly important to me personally is how the animals are treated. My cats are treated calmly, lovingly, and with great sensitivity, even in stressful situations. You can tell that they're not just being processed, but that there's genuine interest in the animals. Dr. Frackmann is very thorough; she doesn't just treat the symptoms, but always looks for possible underlying causes. This often starts with diet – I've already received many excellent tips that have truly helped my cats. Dr. Dr. Frackmann takes her time, explains clearly and understandably why she performs each examination or treatment, and always answers all my questions very patiently. The findings are always explained in detail. It's also great that she can analyze some blood values ​​directly. The practice is well-organized, with short waiting times, well-planned appointments with ample time, clean, quiet, and parking right in front.
