We are incredibly happy that we found Ms. Dietz for our dog, Flash! After trying several veterinarians and finding that Flash unfortunately struggles with multiple allergies and recurring inflammations, we finally feel we are in good hands with her. 🙏 Ms. Dietz always takes her time, listens attentively, and truly does everything she can to find the best possible treatment. We especially appreciate that she is also available outside of regular office hours. You can quickly send pictures or questions via WhatsApp, which is a huge help in emergencies. You can tell that she does her job with heart and passion and regularly participates in continuing education, especially regarding complicated cases involving allergies or long-term medication. Her receptionist is also simply wonderful—always friendly, warm, and with a good sense of humor, even when things get tough. You feel completely at ease there. And the best part: Flash actually loves going to her! 🤩 A huge thank you to Ms. Dietz and her team for their expertise, warmth, and compassion. 🫂 Highly recommended! 🐾💚

A very nice practice, and the veterinarian is incredibly kind and friendly, handling the animals gently. We were there to have our 14.5-year-old Yorkshire Terrier's stitches removed, and she loved how calming she was. I can highly recommend this veterinarian to any four-legged friend. Thank you!

Yesterday was truly exasperating! Our dachshund mix, always so cheerful, 11 years old, suddenly couldn't walk properly. Going up the stairs was a nightmare. So, fearing she'd develop dachshund paralysis, we went to the vet clinic in Stadtfeld. No one was in the waiting room, but it's an appointment-only clinic. Well, what if no one's there? This receptionist, Mr. Giese, made us wait a quarter of an hour. He had to make a lot of phone calls instead of informing the vet. Anyway, I just went to the examination room. "That's not possible," he said. "He has to register us first." "Everything's fine...it could just be muscle soreness." A painkiller...but in the animal's best interest, right?
