Five stars from us! A sausage-skin emergency is the last thing you need on vacation. Our mixed-breed dog, Nala, received patient and expert treatment just before closing time on Saturday. We would definitely recommend this practice!

I'm very impressed and give it 5 stars. I'm currently here for a few days of hiking with my dog, and unfortunately, my furry friend completely tore off one of his outer claws. I was able to see the staff immediately. They examined the wound. Thankfully, it wasn't anything serious. When I tried to pay, they refused, so I made a small contribution to their coffee fund. I found the team very friendly, and the veterinarian was also excellent. Thank you again for examining and treating my little Pollux. 👍👍👍

Five years ago, I switched vets due to being ripped off and receiving incorrect treatment (the new vet charged half the price for the same treatment and immediately recognized a more serious problem that had rendered all the expenses at the previous practice pointless). Last Sunday, I needed an emergency vet because my cat's urinary tract was blocked and he was very lethargic. It was a real emergency. When I saw the vet on duty, I immediately rolled my eyes. On the phone, the unfriendly woman explained that he would have to go to the clinic for this problem, as it required surgery with a three-day hospital stay, and she didn't have the time or space for that. From experience, I know that all that's needed initially is a catheter to empty the bladder. She wouldn't accept that and even wished me a safe journey with a sneer. (The clinic was in Hanover.) Since I happened to have the mobile number of an off-duty vet, I tried my luck that way. She opened her practice for us after an hour and possibly saved our cat's life. His bladder was already the size of a peach and his urine was full of blood. The cat is doing much better now and everything is back to normal. Stay away from this vet, who is not only unfriendly but also simply ignores emergencies because she supposedly doesn't have time...
