Very friendly and empathetic staff. Appointments are always available, even for urgent emergencies. We always received expert advice and felt well cared for. Even if we have to travel a bit further, we gladly make the time. Excellent and competent advice and help, also for our tortoises 🐢.

We called on a Sunday regarding our cat and were immediately helpful. The friendly staff member agreed to bring the cat in right away. We definitely recommend them.
