Kleintierpraxis in Burgdorf - Willenbockel & Völker GbR

I've already written a review, but I'd like to add one more based on my experience today. We went in without an appointment because Lenny had licked his entire hind paw so raw the night before. I was greeted warmly, as always, and didn't have to wait long. The assistant and Ms. Frauen took such sensitive and loving care of our scaredy-cat... simply fantastic! I'm always so impressed by the practice and the people who work there. Thank you so much!

A fantastic, highly competent, and modern veterinary practice. The receptionists are always friendly. Dr. Völker and Ms. Frauen are especially outstanding. We can't comment on the other veterinarians. Highly recommended. Thank you for the first-class care! Even 5 stars aren't enough! Keep up the great work!
