We booked an appointment with Dr. Jung for our new dog. We got an appointment right away and received a truly warm welcome. In this practice, you can tell that the animal is the focus, and all the staff are absolutely wonderful with animals. We felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The team works by appointment, so call ahead to schedule an appointment, thus avoiding any waiting time. The appointment was kept 100% on time. We were asked to arrive ten minutes early for registration, and we were seen promptly at four o'clock as agreed. Highly recommended; our dog felt comfortable right away. Keep up the good work!!!

We went there today because our puppy vomited all night, but we were turned away by the vet. We're not happy that animals in need are turned away just because we don't live in Oelsnitz 😡
A fantastic practice with an experienced and well-coordinated team. Our dog had her mammary glands removed here due to a tumor. The procedure was very relaxed, and the pre- and post-operative consultations were also very empathetic and clearly explained. Thumbs up and a definite recommendation! 😊
I took my puppy to the vet's office first thing this morning for an emergency. I wouldn't have bothered the rather unfriendly receptionist at all if the website hadn't said "K. Jung Emergency Practice." Unfortunately, I didn't know that access to the practice is restricted to a select group. I had to listen to people from Plauen not going there at all, as there are plenty of vets there. Okay, lesson learned. How could it be different? Thank goodness I was able to reach my regular vet privately even though his office was closed, and he took care of my puppy. That's what animal welfare means to me. And I'm incredibly grateful to him. One more tip for the receptionist: Let customers finish speaking sometimes.
