An absolutely fantastic practice with a competent and empathetic team. They are helpful and friendly in every situation. In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies, they provide immediate assistance; even I, as the pet owner, received first aid in an emergency. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful practice team and appreciate it very much. We come with our dog and rabbit and would also bring our chameleon, but unfortunately, the practice doesn't also treat reptiles.

I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Häffner's veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly, competent, and empathetic – both in their interactions with the animals and their owners. Our cats have always been treated with great care, and all our questions have always been answered patiently and clearly.

Our trusted veterinarian is also very nice to the owner; you always learn something interesting, and sometimes it's even reciprocal.
