Reviews
The best veterinarian I know. My cats were always relaxed with him, he always handled them wonderfully, and even during my cat's final journey, the vet provided us with excellent support.
We had our dog's teeth treated there. Everything went well. The vet and his assistant were very friendly. Everything was explained to us beforehand. The price for the treatment was more than reasonable! We are very satisfied and will gladly come back!
Don't go there under any circumstances; they're only in it for the money!!! I took my cat there, and she had a blocked pore. This vet didn't identify it and said they didn't know what it was. He immediately said it would need to be operated on under general anesthesia. Then I went to another vet, and he immediately recognized it as a blocked sebaceous gland and simply expressed it, without any surgery or anesthesia. It's important to find a good vet who cares about the animals' well-being and isn't interested in pushing unnecessary procedures that can only cause stress and endanger the animal's health (my cat isn't young anymore, meaning that general anesthesia, which wasn't even necessary, could be life-threatening!!), but of course, bring the vet additional profit!
It's a shame that it's all about the money now. I was satisfied at first, but after the price increase, I can no longer recommend them. My cat was constantly being given enemas to help him defecate. I always brought the enema kit with me, and they charged €54 just for administering it – no examination, no medication, just the administration. Today I called to ask how much it would cost to neuter a male cat, and they quoted me €190. This isn't my usual vet anymore, so I called another one, and they only charge €100.
A truly excellent veterinarian with a very friendly team and a very clean and spacious practice. Even though it was my first time there with my dog, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day after calling ahead. A necessary surgery could even have been performed that same week, but I postponed it until the following week. The surgery itself went perfectly and was completely stress-free, and I was able to take my dog home just an hour and a half later. You definitely feel very well cared for there. I will gladly recommend this practice.
