We went to the clinic as "new patients" around 1:45 a.m. on Saturday night because our puppy had eaten a lot of the training mat, and we were treated incredibly kindly both on the phone and in person! Despite the late hour, we never felt unwelcome or like we were bothering anyone. Our dog was lovingly cared for, and we didn't find it too expensive! We were out again after an hour. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience we were able to have despite the unfortunate situation!

We took our dwarf rabbit Emma to the emergency vet clinic for the first time on Thursday night because she was suddenly experiencing neurological problems. We had to drive for an hour, but we called ahead and were allowed to come in as an emergency. Once there, we had to scan a QR code and provide all sorts of information (which took about 10 minutes). Then we had to wait another 10 minutes before informing the staff that our rabbit was dying. They tried to resuscitate her, but it was too late. On Friday night, our baby dwarf rabbit suffered neurological problems and was lethargic for hours. So we drove there again for an hour, where we had to wait another half hour. She was supposed to be admitted to intensive care, but she died at the clinic hours later. The staff seemed stressed and unfortunately showed no empathy after the death of our two beloved pets…now we are waiting for a call from the attending veterinarian so we can ask questions about Baby's condition during her hospital stay (despite everything, we are grateful that we were even allowed to come after many clinics turned us down).

I am speechless and still at a loss for words about how awful my experience with this clinic was this past weekend. A puppy, who had been hospitalized for almost a week and was getting weaker and sicker every day, was supposed to be picked up by me as its foster carer. We had to wait an hour. Saturday evening at 9 p.m.…then we received an almost lifeless puppy in a pitiful state! I am still shocked and speechless about the puppy's condition, even after many years of animal rescue and experience with clinics! The receptionists pressured me to immediately pay a bill of €4,300 without even allowing me to look at it if I wanted the dog and the bill. Upon reviewing it, it turned out that I had also paid for three days of treatment for a cat that didn't belong to me. The arrogance was unbelievable, the answers were snide… and there were ridiculous explanations about how I would be able to get so many pills into this almost dead puppy, etc. The puppy died in my arms in the parking lot. NEVER again this clinic!!!!!

We arrived at the clinic on Easter Monday with our 6-month-old French Bulldog as an urgent emergency case. Our dog had suffered severe poisoning (she had eaten something during a walk), and we were seen and treated immediately! Every day, we received a very kind but also realistic update! On Tuesday afternoon, we were told she was in an extremely critical and difficult condition, but the doctors and staff did everything they could to make our little girl better! When her blood work improved from Wednesday onwards and Coco seemed more stable, you could practically hear the joy of delivering the news through the phone. When we were finally able to pick her up today, the doctor and assistant were so happy for us! Incredibly warm and caring staff! Top-notch doctors! The price was perfectly reasonable! If I hadn't had them, my dog ​​wouldn't be alive today!!!!
