Reviews
We had to go to the vet clinic last night. Contrary to some previous reviews, I can highly recommend this clinic. We received a friendly welcome, and our dog (a Shih Tzu) was treated with great care by the vet. Both vets were very knowledgeable; I never had the impression that they didn't know what to do. I also never felt that our dog was in danger. Keep up the good work! Greetings from the Palatinate to a lovely team of veterinarians! 👌👍
Unfortunately, it feels like there's no triage process; they're simply treating everyone in order of arrival. Our vet had specifically registered us as an emergency case (kitten with acute heart and kidney failure). She was supposed to be put back on an IV drip immediately at the clinic. We had driven for 45 minutes (which we explained), yet we still had to wait almost three hours. Other animals, some with only a small wound on their eye, were treated first, while our foster kitten grew increasingly weak. Only after I asked for the third time when the cat would finally be hooked up to the IV and that I didn't need to speak to a vet, was the kitten admitted. I was told I would receive a call every day at the same time with a report on her condition. Unfortunately, this call was forgotten one day, so I called. I was told they couldn't check with the ward and that I should wait for the call, which never came. The cat survived, for which we are very grateful. But perhaps they should consider implementing a triage system. My friend also had to wait for hours in the waiting room with her seriously ill cat suffering from pulmonary edema.
Two weeks ago, we had to take our dog to the veterinary clinic. Due to a ruptured tumor on her spleen, we had to say goodbye to her. The staff was incredibly compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say our final farewells. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for everything.
We had our Great Dane neutered at the clinic. Dr. Kunz & Dr. Kähn informed us thoroughly about all the risks beforehand. As a pet owner, you feel completely valued, and the clinic takes great care of the patient, even though our dog is a bit anxious. The aftercare was no problem for our dog; she received a warm welcome from the clinic team. She is doing very well after the procedure. I would like to thank Dr. Kunz & Dr. Kähn very much for this wonderful experience!
