Reviews
Great practice with a very friendly and competent team! All concerns are taken seriously and addressed accordingly. The process is incredibly well-organized, so there's practically no waiting time! It's a shame that some reviews here have nothing to do with the quality of care, but rather with the fact that the practice is full and, like almost all medical practices, CAN'T accept new patients! We are extremely satisfied, enjoy coming to you, and are very grateful for your work!
Under no circumstances should you call them outside of opening hours, even if your vet lists them as an emergency service. When I asked which vet was my "family doctor"—after 11 years of having cats, with one or two emergencies—they didn't just name the actual practice they were representing, so I was rudely brushed off. They told me that if you drag your pet from vet to vet, they certainly aren't responsible for you. I've never encountered anything so unprofessional. It's always possible that there are facts that speak against emergency treatment. But treating people who call in distress in this way is completely unnecessary and demonstrates a very lack of empathy.
Unfortunately, we had to take our dog to the emergency vet in August because of a torn claw. Despite mentioning that my dog is anxious, he was treated without any calming measures, and the claw was simply clipped off. The entire examination table was covered in blood, and my dog was screaming. The vet then told us, "It's no use to me if he bleeds all over my practice and bites me," and sent us home without a bandage and €211 less! This vet was absolutely outrageous. It was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience for us. We definitely cannot recommend this practice.
A truly fantastic veterinarian with a wonderful, motivated, and competent team. There are three free parking spaces in front of the practice, which is accessed via three steps. Waiting times are always very short. If you have an appointment for 10:00 AM, you'll be seen by 10:00 AM. The prices are reasonably priced. I can highly recommend them. Thank you so much! 😊
A very nice, empathetic team! I feel very well cared for there with my dogs!
