The receptionist dismissed these as "normal" without offering to bring the cat in for a check-up or consult a veterinarian. Instead, she merely expressed displeasure that the hospital hadn't yet sent the results. Especially in such a sensitive situation, I would have expected more care, professional assessment, and a greater sense of responsibility. Overall, I felt my concerns about my pet weren't taken seriously. Now my cat is hospitalized again.
