It was my first time there, and I was swayed by the good reviews. Unfortunately, it was a complete and utter disaster, especially for my Labrador mix. It started with the tiny waiting room and ended with the aborted, completely botched blood draw. My dog was even injured during the vaccination. Honestly? Never again.
