Tierarztpraxis Herzfeld Dr. Anke Schäfers

Our dog Lucy was under the care of Dr. Schäfers from birth. Sadly, she had to be put to sleep a week ago at the ripe old age of over 16. We always felt well cared for and received fair and honest opinions regarding treatment options. Of course, drug prices and treatment costs have increased over the years, but that's true in other areas as well. We are very grateful.

I absolutely CANNOT recommend this veterinarian. It's unacceptable that she concealed a heart condition in our dog for two years. But she still charges €400 for a dental operation... and of course, she pays in cash so it doesn't have to be taxed! OUTRAGEOUS! -5 stars

Wonderful, empathetic veterinarian. She treats our granddaughter's kittens with great patience and sensitivity, and she listens to our daughter's concerns. Thank you for your efforts and kind words. We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian.

I've been extremely satisfied for years; no problems with payments, both cash and debit cards are accepted. Excellent treatment, excellent handling of the animal, and great conversations at eye level. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an honest, clear opinion.
