An extremely friendly team, and you're treated very courteously. I was pleased that Dr. Richterich listened to my concerns. Absolutely no arrogance like in other practices.

So far, we've only had positive experiences. Whether it was an emergency call on weekend evenings or a routine appointment for vaccinations, etc., they always took the necessary time and approached the horse calmly. The advice was always comprehensive, clear, and fair. (I can't comment on the on-site location, however, as we "fortunately" haven't had to use it yet.)

The owners are incredibly competent; I bought five sheep and received a service package at the same time. They are always helpful with any questions and really take their time for you. Thanks again!

I went there once as a substitute for my cat. 🐈 The vet was very friendly. He took his time and even cuddled the cat to help ease her anxiety. There should be more vets like him! 👍 I can't say anything about the rest of the team since I was only there once and had very little contact with them.

I feel well taken care of there; they are very competent and courteous.
