Reviews
Excellent veterinary practice. They always address concerns and never dismiss anything as exaggerated. The advice and treatment are consistently very competent, and they are incredibly kind to the animals. Even when I needed forms or documents for my insurance, they were provided quickly and without any problems. Highly recommended.
Tip Top
We feel our dogs are in good hands here. The gentle, loving way they treat their animals is truly heartwarming, and the professional and precise treatment is technically impressive. The team is friendly, competent, and helpful. Here we find everything we could wish for our furry friends!
We have been customers of this veterinary practice for quite some time and have always been satisfied. That makes our visit today all the more disappointing. Our cat was suffering from acute symptoms and clear signs of inflammation. Since he was obviously unwell, we came to the practice this morning without an appointment. Instead of understanding or help, the receptionist greeted us sarcastically with the comment: "Yes, we love walk-in customers." This was clearly meant as an accusation. We were not offered any examination; instead, we were sent away with the explanation that we could only come back at 4 p.m. and would then have to wait longer. In an acute case, we found this behavior completely inappropriate. We then went to another veterinary practice, and lo and behold, we were seen immediately without an appointment, and our pet received the necessary care. Very disappointing, especially for a practice where we are supposed to be customers. In emergencies, one expects at least a minimum level of professionalism and empathy. ' ... Additionally: I never actually write reviews, but this one really annoyed me so much that I felt compelled to do so for the first time.
