Friendly and efficient, they are more than all right

An absolutely fantastic veterinary practice. We went there for an emergency appointment on June 10, 2026, and our dog was taken seriously immediately. We had called ahead and, after a very pleasant conversation with the veterinary assistant, went straight there. They took a lot of time for us, explained everything in detail, including the current status, what was crucial for the treatment, and even recommended a great animal hospital. Thanks to this immediate and professional help, our dog is doing well again, she's stable, and back home with us. We are incredibly grateful to the team at this practice for everything they did for us. We would go there again in a heartbeat. A definite 5.0-star recommendation.

We are shocked. After our dog suffered a seizure, we went to Dr. Schmitz as part of the emergency service, following a previous veterinarian who terrified us by saying, "If she has another seizure during the night, your dog could die." During the examination, it turned out that the examination couldn't provide a diagnosis or stabilize her condition. A blood test then clearly showed that our dog was experiencing extreme stress (which we already knew; after all, she had just had a severe seizure). We were then put under immense pressure by Dr. Schmitz because we feed our dogs a raw diet and don't deworm them every three months without a diagnosis. In short, our dog received no help, we were pressured, and the whole thing cost an unbelievable €540. We will certainly never go to this veterinarian again.

We took our dog to Dr. Schmitz's emergency vet clinic over the weekend and were absolutely delighted. She explained everything calmly and cared for our dog with great dedication and attention. You can immediately tell how important the well-being of animals is to her. We felt very well cared for and taken seriously. Thank you so much for the excellent treatment!
