Fast, competent help and detailed diagnostics. Always friendly and kind to both people and animals. My dogs were surprisingly relaxed because everyone makes such an effort to create a positive atmosphere. I was even brought coffee while waiting for the lab results. The waiting room is also very comfortably furnished. In some respects, the practice seems a bit disorganized.

I made an appointment for a second opinion for my cat, I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. The team and Dr. Schmitz are very friendly and they take the time to listen to everything carefully and ask a lot of questions. A lot of tests were done and we were always told exactly what it was for. I liked that there was always open communication and that everything was explained. I will continue to go here and can only recommend it!

We've taken several of our cats to this practice now. No matter what problem we had, we received help. Even in tragic situations, I experienced great dedication and empathy. One of our cats had a serious problem with his eyes. Other veterinarians weren't sure what to do. At the Schmitz Veterinary Clinic, he had surgery and, after a long and difficult time, can now look out of his big, beautiful eyes again and has regained his zest for life. We are consistently impressed by the expertise, reliability, and great love for animals. Even when a serious problem arises outside of regular office hours, the Schmitz Veterinary Clinic helps.
