Reviews
Dr. Rusch has been our trusted veterinarian for over 20 years, I believe. We find her to be absolutely competent, reliable, and dedicated. Our dogs and cats have always received excellent care from her, and her diagnoses are always accurate and professional. In emergencies, she has always been available for us – I wouldn't want any other veterinarian for my animals!
We took our cat to the vet today for her spaying. About a week and a half beforehand, they did a thorough checkup to make sure Coco was suitable for anesthesia. We were able to pick her up about two and a half hours after dropping her off, and she was already back on her feet. The vet gave us comprehensive advice and was very kind. The three veterinary assistants were also very nice. The receptionist had everything under control, always had a good joke ready, and we left extremely well-informed about aftercare. I can't understand the rather lukewarm reviews or share those experiences. Generally, I appreciate the direct communication style, and if it comes across as a bit "brusque" to some, then so be it. Ultimately, we take our animals there for help, and if the vet and her assistants' first piece of advice is to start with us pet owners, then we should take it seriously.
A very competent and friendly veterinary practice. We have always received excellent advice and care, through thick and thin, and feel very well looked after with our two cats. We also adopted our two cats directly from the practice's own rescue center and are completely satisfied with that. Our questions and concerns were always met with a friendly response, and we always received excellent advice.
A top-notch practice for every situation, a super friendly practice team, and a fantastic doctor. We've been going to this practice for almost 8 years and we're still good patients.
We have been regular patients of Dr. Rusch for about three and a half years. Previously, only the symptoms of our Weimaraner were treated, not the underlying causes. Dr. Rusch investigated the root of the problems and presented us with various treatment options. The decision was ours. We opted against expensive surgery and chose a conservative treatment method. Since then, she has been successfully managing our dog's condition. We have seen a significant improvement in our dog! The cost structure is quite moderate.
