Super friendly staff and a really lovely veterinarian, excellent advice. Quick appointments. We are very happy with her. We had to say goodbye to our White Diva on May 11, 2023, and thanks to Ms. Priebsch, letting her go was a peaceful experience. She was with us the whole time until our White Diva passed away peacefully.

Dr. Priebsch is a very friendly and animal-loving veterinarian. She always takes her time for examinations, and every treatment she's given my dog ​​so far has been excellent. She would also be my first choice for emergencies. Her team is also very helpful and provides initial information over the phone.

I want to share my experience with this veterinary clinic so other pet owners are better informed! I was initially quoted around €650 for spaying my small dog. However, the first estimate I received was €960.85. After carefully comparing each item to the official 2022 German Veterinary Fee Schedule (which hasn't been updated since), I discovered the following: 1. Some services were overpriced or listed twice, even though they weren't performed to that extent. 2. Several medications and supplies appeared in the first estimate but disappeared completely from the revised one. 3. My dog's weight (3.45 kg), which is crucial for calculating the anesthesia, wasn't even considered in the first document. 4. Prices for medications and additional items were only adjusted downwards after I inquired about them. 5. After requesting an explanation, I received a corrected estimate of €685.88 – almost €275 less than the original estimate. This clearly demonstrates that the initial estimate was incorrect. My advice to all pet owners: Check every invoice carefully and compare it to the official veterinary fee schedule (GOT). The GOT was last updated in 2022 – and there have been no changes since! If a clinic mentions "price increases," they should provide a transparent explanation. Transparency and honesty in billing are essential to me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Priebsch and her entire team! ❤️ My dog ​​had surgery for cryptorchidism (abdominal testicles), and I was naturally very nervous. But Ms. Priebsch accompanied us from the very beginning with great calm, empathy, and competence. Before the surgery, I was thoroughly informed about everything, and during the treatment, I felt that my dog ​​was in the best hands. The surgery went perfectly, and the aftercare was loving and professional. You can tell that they work with passion and expertise – not just "get things done" but truly treat each animal individually. I can absolutely recommend Dr. Priebsch and her team! 🐶💙

Nice assistant. The wait is long, but that's a very positive thing. The doctor takes time with each animal client. Whether it's a ferret, cat, or dog, she has above-average expertise, which isn't something to be taken for granted. She also tells you if an illness requires further treatment that she can't offer. Always friendly. It's clear that the entire practice frequently holds continuing education courses. Prices are slightly below average. You always receive clear invoices, and they're no higher than agreed. A practice that's always recommended, no matter the time of year.
