Never again! I took my cats to this veterinary practice over five years ago. My cat was suffering from diarrhea and vomiting. Ms. Bulich immediately recommended surgery. This seemed a bit excessive to me, so I got a second opinion from another vet. He was completely appalled by her assessment and simply gave me a probiotic. After that, everything was great…it was just due to the change in food. When Ms. Bulich was confronted with the results, she reacted rudely and refused to acknowledge the problem. Very unprofessional behavior. I switched vets immediately. Five years later, I requested my cats' records, and received a ridiculous email in response. The records had been deleted, and I had been banned from the premises. Allegations of insults, threats, and aggressive behavior by my grandmother (I don't even have one) within the veterinary practice supposedly led to this. I can't stop laughing.

We were among her very first clients. The veterinarian was once highly competent. The many years of self-employment have changed her drastically for the worse. Animal welfare is now only a secondary concern; money is her top priority. My dog had symptoms she couldn't diagnose. I asked for an allergy test, which was ignored. Instead, she ordered lab tests totaling over €1200. I was told over the phone that certain blood values were "abnormal" and asked if I wanted further tests. Of course, after that statement. After switching to a dermatologist, it turned out that all the blood values were completely normal. My boy has an allergy. What a shame, Ms. Bulich.

A highly recommended veterinary practice. Dr. and Mrs. Bulich are very competent and always compassionate and considerate. We have been taking our two dogs, Loki and Frieda, there for several years now. Even in emergencies, we have always had excellent experiences. The entire team deserves a huge compliment. Many thanks to everyone.
