I've been satisfied with the practice so far, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I was offered a surgery appointment for my puppy at very short notice. I explicitly stated that I needed to check with my partner first and would get back to them afterward. As I understood it, this didn't constitute a binding agreement. I wasn't informed that the appointment was already confirmed or reserved, or that I only needed to contact them if I couldn't make it. When I called the practice later, I was told the appointment had been confirmed and they even intended to charge a cancellation fee. I explained several times that I had never committed to the appointment and therefore assumed that it wouldn't be scheduled without my confirmation. Despite this, they kept insisting that I should have canceled the appointment. This was incomprehensible to me, as I never recalled confirming it. What was particularly disappointing was the way they communicated. I had to explain my perspective several times, but I felt like they weren't listening and weren't addressing my explanations. Instead of working together to clarify how this misunderstanding occurred, I was simply told that I should have canceled. This made me feel completely disregarded. I fully understand that surgery appointments are carefully planned and that last-minute cancellations are frustrating for a practice. That's why I believe clear communication is so important. If I had been explicitly told that the appointment was already confirmed and that I needed to actively cancel it, this situation wouldn't have arisen at all. Based on this experience, I have decided to switch practices.

A super friendly team and absolutely state-of-the-art facilities! Unfortunately, newly established, independent (not chain-run) practices like this have become rare – so we were delighted to find one here. We took our dog there and were completely satisfied. From the procedure and diagnosis to the aftercare, everything was superbly organized. We were particularly impressed by the entire team, who cared for our four-legged friend with incredible love and expertise. We will definitely be back. After several negative experiences with another veterinarian, I decided to switch vets for my cat Lulu and get a second opinion. I was truly impressed by the friendliness of the team. The welcome was very warm, and they really took their time with the animal. Appointments were available very quickly, and you could tell they did their work with heart. I am very grateful for this wonderful experience.

A lovely little veterinary practice with a super-friendly team where both animals and their owners feel comfortable. They examine what needs to be examined—nothing more, nothing less. And they do so with competence, calm, and composure. Even our cat, who isn't usually very fond of vet visits, seems to be affected by the atmosphere and behaves reasonably well. As an aside: anyone who loves the sea will feel right at home in this "beach bar."
