We switched to this practice a while ago after feeling dissatisfied with our previous veterinarian. Here, it's the complete opposite: the entire team is incredibly warm, competent, and empathetic – both in their interactions with the animals and with us as their owners. Scheduling appointments is straightforward, and in urgent situations, help is readily available. I especially appreciate how comfortable my dog ​​now feels at the vet – it was very different before. The practice has a pleasant, calm atmosphere without any rush or stress, which is a real relief for both animal and owner. You can tell that they work with both heart and expertise. We will definitely continue to come here and finally feel completely well cared for. Many thanks to the entire team!

We'd already been to several vets with our Labrador, but it was all just trial and error with no improvement. Then we found Katrin Vogel, and that changed everything. The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time, really listen, and have a heart for the animals and for us as owners. During a very stressful time for me – the pyometra surgery – I felt taken seriously, understood, and, above all, incredibly well cared for from the very first moment. I would especially like to emphasize the team's great empathy. They took ample time to answer all my questions clearly and patiently. The consultation was not only highly competent but also honest and tailored to my individual situation, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Throughout the entire treatment, I always felt that my pet's well-being was their top priority. The loving and calm way they handled my pet further instilled confidence in me and showed me that they work with genuine love for animals. The aftercare was also excellent – ​​I wasn't left on my own and always knew who to contact. Overall, I felt completely comfortable and in the best possible hands.
