The entire team is incredibly empathetic, professional, and operates at a very high level of expertise. A special thank you goes to our veterinarian, Dr. Annett Kastner: Thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis, our Fiete's babesiosis was immediately recognized and treated. Her calm demeanor, her knowledge, and the prompt initiation of therapy enabled Fiete to recover remarkably well from the illness. We felt exceptionally well cared for and always taken seriously during this difficult time. We would also like to commend her assistant, Ariane – she is not only warm and patient, but her calm and loving nature makes you feel instantly at ease in the practice. She is always a real highlight for Fiete. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful practice and wholeheartedly recommend it.

A super lovely and kind vet with a great team. By far the best vet we've ever had. Our cats are in excellent hands here and receive superb care. My mother had an appointment this week for surgery with her small, elderly dachshund. The appointment was scheduled quickly. They were new patients due to having recently moved to the area. The vet was very kind, and the nurse provided excellent explanations and assistance. They made my mother and her dog feel comfortable, and since she had already had the preliminary examinations done by her previous vet, the vet offered my mother a discount due to her small pension. No unnecessary costs were charged. Everything was very calm and professional. I can highly recommend this practice in every respect. My mother said, "I can only express my gratitude!"

A practice with heart and soul – thank you for everything!!! Dr. Annett Kastner and Ariane always took wonderful care of our cat Eddie. This is the best veterinarian we've ever had. Truly a blessing! They are both so loving, gentle, and conscientious. Our dogs are in excellent hands there, and I wish we had found them sooner. Unfortunately, it was too late for our old dog, but she did everything she could to help him. We appreciate that so much. She saved our dog's life. These two are simply wonderful!
