A special thank you goes to our veterinarian, Dr. Annett Kastner: Thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis, our Fiete's babesiosis was immediately recognized and treated. Her calm demeanor, her knowledge, and the prompt initiation of therapy enabled Fiete to recover remarkably well from the illness. We felt exceptionally well cared for and always taken seriously during this difficult time. We would also like to commend her assistant, Ariane – she is not only warm and patient, but her calm and loving nature makes you feel instantly at ease in the practice. She is always a real highlight for Fiete. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful practice and wholeheartedly recommend it.

A wonderful, empathetic veterinarian and a super-friendly assistant (Ariane) who both dedicate plenty of time to each animal. They practice with genuine care, love, and patience. You immediately feel comfortable and well cared for at this practice. They listen attentively, share a laugh, and address the concerns and anxieties of pet owners with great sensitivity. A truly fantastic, small but excellent team.

This is the best veterinarian we've ever had. Truly a blessing! They are both so loving, gentle, and conscientious. Our dogs are in excellent hands there, and I wish we had found them sooner. Unfortunately, it was too late for our old dog, but she did everything she could to help him. We appreciate that so much. She saved our dog's life. These two are simply wonderful!
