While traveling from Munich to Luxembourg our little dog felt ill due to eating ear plugs on the night before, and we stopped by for an emergency appointment. Consultation was very good, the vet examined and treated her very carefully. I can’t thank you enough for the support during this emergency and for making room for the appointment. I strongly recommend them to take care of your little furry friend.

I had to take my cat to the clinic as an emergency on a Friday evening. The staff were very helpful and caring. I don't speak German but that was not a problem at all as the receptionist, the doctor and the assistant all spoke very good English for which I am very grateful. The doctor and the assistant tried to reduce the amount of stress for my cat to the minimum and made everything in their power to make her less scared and more comfortable. The doctor suggested 3 courses of action which allowed me to pick the best based both on the concern for my pet's health and the cost of the service. They made an X-ray right there and could eliminate some of the biggest fears immediately. I got comprehensive consultation and health advice and left with the medicine to treat my cat at home. I liked the general cleanliness of the clinic and the waiting area with separating wall which allows you to find a quite place to wait if your pet is stressed and anxious.

Worst clinic ever. Had an emergency with my cat, they kept him for the whole night and did absolutely nothing (for a lot of money), returned him to me all dirty, wet and shivering. I was told my cat needs a surgery and will be a handicap for the rest of his life. Didn't let me to see my cat, if i don't sign the papers first. Had to go to Ettlingen, where the doctors actually helped my cat and saved his life without any surgery.

Highly recommend this place! We needed echinococcal medicine for our dog at short notice for a trip to Finland. The service was fast and friendly and the dog enjoyed the visit too. I covered the vet's face because I didn't notice to ask permission to publish, but the dog is clearly happy. Thank you!!

Great vets, took my dog for worming for return to UK. Vet very friendly and she spoke excellent English. Very reasonably priced, modern facilities, would recommend.
