I am very satisfied with Dr. Wagner and her team. My cats and I always feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Wagner takes a lot of time for her patients and their owners.

We're all blown away; both owners and kittens are receiving excellent care. The team is fantastic and the treatment is competent. The cats here are clearly cared for with passion. Even after surgeries, they recover quickly and are well again. The opening hours are also very customer-friendly.

I cannot recommend this practice. My impression was that profit is more important than animal welfare. The veterinarian who examined my cat before her spay surgery determined two days later, based on her excited meowing in the carrier, that she was in heat and therefore wouldn't operate. She didn't take her temperature, didn't palpate her lymph nodes, didn't take a swab... she decided solely based on what she heard. However, she did sell me an immune-boosting supplement, billed me for an examination, and recommended cat food that's only available at the vet. On top of that, she made negative comments about cats adopted from animal shelters. I have since found a wonderful veterinary practice in Malsch with competent veterinarians and assistants. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and there are no unreasonable charges for examinations. I was allowed to be with my cat during the examination and didn't have to stand on the doorstep like I did at Dr. Wagner's. It's worth learning from negative experiences and, if in doubt, switching vets.
