We came here while on holiday, our dog Lizzie ate a sock. Despite us not being super proficient German speakers, the veterinarian helped us really well speaking English to us. After an injection the sock came out and back at our cabin we recounted our socks and concluded that she had in fact thrown up everything she initially ingested. Thank you so much for helping us so quickly, adequately and compassionately :) Also noteworthy: even during the weekend we weren't charged a lot. It was about as cheap as going to the vet in the Netherlands but during normal ours, so very reasonably priced!

Really lovely vets who were able to see Pip for her tapeworm treatment (we're on the way back from Switzerland and black forest to the UK). Everyone spoke perfect English and the price was good. Thank you!

We brought our 14-year-old cat in for emergency surgery due to a tibial fracture. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, the staff and Dr. Schäffner were friendly and provided exemplary post-operative support. Our cat recovered well from the surgery and is now walking around the apartment without any problems. Thank you for your excellent work.
