Reviews
I can highly recommend this practice. Everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. The doctor, the receptionist, and even the cleaning lady were very accommodating. My Olaf and I were very happy with the surgery. Greetings from the 64er.
Very, very professional and totally empathetic in their handling of animals. We've had our very first pet, a dog (Flat-Coated Retriever), for 16 months (since August 2018), and for the last six weeks, a mixed-breed puppy from a Romanian animal shelter. The Retriever has since been neutered. The surgery went perfectly, and here too, the team was incredibly kind and understanding towards the animal (and owner), providing excellent information about every step. The animal was never frightened or subjected to any coercion. The anesthesia was also excellent. The owner was present the entire time until the surgery began. The team is very patient and answers all questions. No rush. Both animal and owner feel comfortable and well cared for. Both animals happily go to the clinic whenever we need new medication or something similar. No shyness or fear. That's how it should be! Therefore, top rating.
Nice place to go
Frank Schuster is a good equine veterinarian who is available in emergencies and acts safely and appropriately. I wouldn't wish for anyone else.
My wife took a 5-week-old kitten to the vet. The vet performed a brief examination with no findings and immediately wanted to give the kitten an injection. When asked what the injection was for, the vet became annoyed and unfriendly. After my wife refused the injection, she was very rudely asked to leave the practice. This vet should definitely attend a training course in communication and customer service! These days, asking questions should be standard practice, especially when it comes to injections.
