The staff were accommodating and responsive to messages, and when we arrived knew exactly what was required for the animal health certificate. We came here to get tapeworm treatment for our dog before returning to the UK. We were staying nearby and emailed several vets and these were the only to respond to confirm they did the treatment with a really friendly response to my email. We called a couple of days before to confirm the appointment. When we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the vet was really friendly too.
