Okay veterinary. Friendliness could be better.

I visited the veterinary practice today with my cat and felt completely at ease. Ms. Fadeeva handled him with great sensitivity and affection, which made me feel very comfortable. I would particularly like to commend Ms. Fadeeva's thorough and easy-to-understand consultation. All my questions were answered patiently, and I felt very well-informed. I also really appreciated the separate waiting area for cats. The calm and pleasant atmosphere made the visit much more relaxing. Thank you so much for the excellent care. My cat and I will gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice!

We had to have our older dog, 16 years and 4 months old, undergo a heart ultrasound and blood tests because of an operation. She had one eye removed at the veterinary eye clinic. Thanks to Ms. Balko, our dog was well-tolerated by anesthesia and came through the operation well. She was also pain-free the following day. We can go to Ms. Balko for follow-up blood tests and stitch removal. A really nice team.

I brought my puppy to the practice as an emergency case after being turned away elsewhere. We were seen immediately, and they truly did everything they could to save the dog. Which thankfully they succeeded in doing. The entire team was fantastic, and the practice is very modern. They even called the next day to check on the patient. Even the prices are more than fair. We will definitely go there from now on. Oh yes, I also really appreciate that appointments can be booked online and that the invoice can be received by email. It couldn't be better!
