I DO NOT recommend this place. The first ever time we came to have a check on my cat we were treated by the head Dr Frankenau. She seemed great and my cat was more or less calm with her even when they took her blood. The nurses also seemed nice. However, the second time I had Dr Khdir examine my cat and that was a disaster. He tried to take blood from my cat's legs three times and even broke her vein with his poking the needle. My poor cat was extremely distressed from that experience. The last time I came I unfortunately had him examine the cat again, and he pretended to "examine" her although I only needed the results of the analysis. I was charged extra for the "examination" which lasted literally 5 seconds -- he took her and looked at her face (once again, we did not come for examination!!) Never again
