Waiting time is minimal due to the appointment system, all the staff are so kind and sensitive to the animals- particularly when my cat had blood taken - it's not cheap, but I think that applies to all vets these days. Dr Haag is thorough and professional. It can take several attempts to get through on the phone, but once you do, the service is excellent.

I just took my dog ​​to the Haag veterinary practice for an emergency appointment on a public holiday. Even the initial phone call was very pleasant and friendly. I was immediately given a time when we could come in. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and didn't have to wait long, despite it being an emergency service. The vet and his colleague listened carefully to everything and noted the dog's history and medications. They took a lot of time to assess the situation. I felt very comfortable with the treatment; the way they handled the dog was very loving and respectful. Both the vet and his colleague made a very competent and professional impression. Even though my dog ​​was sick, I left the practice with a good feeling, knowing my pet had received the help it needed. I highly recommend this practice!
