I went there at night with my older dog. He was the only vet I could reach at night; despite using the animal emergency hotline, I couldn't get through to anyone. He answered the phone immediately, and I was able to see him directly an hour later. I saw Dr. Rosca. He was very friendly and gentle with my dog. Despite the emergency fees, the prices were very fair and reasonable. I've paid significantly more at other practices and received much worse treatment. My dog ​​is doing well again. 👍 I'm very satisfied; everything went very quickly, and he was so kind to my dog. 👍

I'm giving it one star because at least someone answered the phone. After I explained the clear emergency, all I got was, "And what do you want from me now?" My cat is in critical condition and urgently needs treatment. The online vet confirmed this as well. But seriously, how can you call an emergency vet and expect to get even a quick appointment on the same day? What makes this whole experience so awful isn't the lack of a timely appointment (even today), but the rudeness and indifference on the phone. I'm completely shocked. Animal welfare is clearly not a priority here. (They could have at least been polite and suggested alternatives!)

I took my dog ​​to the emergency vet and immediately felt I was in excellent hands. The vet was incredibly understanding and empathetic, and he treated both me and my dog ​​with great care. It was clear right away that he has a heart of gold. My dog ​​took to him immediately, which really says it all. I can wholeheartedly recommend this vet – your pet is in the very best hands here.

Emmi, my 4-year-old Maltese, vomited blood several times during the night. After several emergency veterinary services were unreachable outside of their regular hours, I stumbled upon Dr. Rosca's practice by chance. Dr. Rosca contacted me immediately. After a brief initial phone consultation, I was able to come to the practice right away, which is fortunately only a ten-minute walk from my apartment. We were warmly welcomed in a functional and well-equipped practice. After a thorough examination, Dr. Rosca made the diagnosis, administered appropriate initial treatment, and gave me additional medication for Emmi. I was particularly pleased that he didn't prescribe antibiotics too readily—a practice I often observe with many veterinarians. Emmi felt better shortly after the treatment, and a few days later she was completely recovered. Emmi is terrified of veterinarians; she trembles and becomes very agitated whenever we are even near a veterinary clinic. This was not the case with Dr. Rosca. His calm and gentle manner and the loving way he treated the patient soothed my dog. He's the first vet Emmi has ever given a kiss to. I was speechless. Despite the nighttime emergency, I found the fees very reasonable. I'd heard from other dog owners about significantly higher emergency costs. I've already shared Dr. Rosca's contact information with my dog-loving friends and highly recommend him as a competent and caring veterinarian. Dr. Rosca, Emmi, and I thank you sincerely for your prompt, competent, and compassionate care. We hope we won't need your services again—but should the need arise, we know we can confidently turn to you.
