I've been a huge fan of Ms. Kochner from day one! My cat feels very comfortable with her, and I always feel like I'm getting honest and good advice and that she always takes me seriously. She takes her time, speaks clearly, and the aftercare following her spaying was fantastic. Thank you so much! I'm so glad she's in such good hands here. (And if you happen to read this, Ms. Kochner, I'm SO sorry that I called in a panic last time to check the opening hours.
