Very good veterinary practice; I've been here several times for my dog. The first time, we received good advice and tried to control it with medication. However, when we went for a check-up two weeks later, we were well advised that unfortunately it wouldn't help and he would just swell. It's a shame as an owner, but I didn't want my pet (a stinky dog) to swell. The staff was always very nice, too. The disadvantage: you had to pay right away.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this veterinarian. Our cat Luna was treated there about 3-4 months ago. Several misdiagnoses were made – initially, they said she only had a mild cold. We were told to wait, but after a week, she was significantly worse: she was vomiting all over the apartment, had stopped eating and drinking, and was severely weakened. We visited the practice again, which again incurred costs, but no blood was drawn or a thorough examination performed. Instead, we were given nutritional supplements that, according to the veterinarian who later treated her, had no medical benefit. We assumed they were medications – which, of course, we had to pay for. The vet also told us Luna had been receiving IV fluids, but she didn't have a single shaved area, which made us very suspicious as to whether she had actually received IV fluids. Luna even spent a whole day in the practice, during which IV fluids were supposedly administered. It wasn't until a second veterinarian that our cat was finally thoroughly examined: blood was drawn, x-rayed, and she received actual IV fluids. It turned out that Luna had problems with her pancreas – something that could have been detected immediately with a timely blood test. Due to the delayed diagnosis, Luna now requires special gastro-intestinal food, which must be fed continuously and is significantly more expensive than regular food. Furthermore, this severe phase of her illness coincided with our summer vacation, so Luna had to remain with the new veterinarian for the entire vacation. In total, the misdiagnoses resulted in additional costs of over €1,000 (in addition to around €400 at this practice). Since then, we have tried several times to contact the veterinarian in person to clarify the matter. Unfortunately, to no avail – according to the reception staff, he is "not there" or "unavailable" every time. Aside from that, our cat has suffered permanent health damage due to the delayed treatment. This Google review is due to the fact that no one from the practice attempted to call us back or clarify the situation. We are very disappointed – both with the treatment and the lack of cooperation. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this practice.

The best vet around! Appointments are available, walk-ins are welcome! Incredibly friendly, competent, and helpful! Doesn't try to sell you unnecessary or expensive things! Great prices too! Simply top-notch!
