Reviews
A very professional and compassionate veterinarian. Everything he does is discussed beforehand, questions are answered, and even on the day of the surgery, I don't just drop my cat off. No, the vet wants to have a quick chat first. Leading up to the surgery, I was a little nervous – what if…? On the day of the surgery, I left the practice without a care in the world, because I knew my cat was in the hands of a truly excellent and empathetic team. Even after the surgery, I had to see the vet first, and then I could pick up my cat from the staff. Even when it's busy and the practice is full, the staff always have a smile on their faces. We both feel very well cared for at this practice. ;-) P.S.: In a practice like this, you have to accept a bit of a wait. There are emergencies, which can explain the wait, and some examinations take longer because… ;-) I highly recommend this veterinary practice!!!
My girlfriend went here with our 2 cats for check and vaccines before driving back to UK. Very good service with great care
Ok
The veterinary assistant was unfriendly. The vet himself didn't examine my dog; his right dewclaw was almost completely gone. Sorry, I have to say this, and I paid over a hundred euros for this. I do not recommend this vet.
Dr. Aschhoff has been our veterinarian for about seven years, and we are more than satisfied and happy with our choice. Our Bernese Mountain Dog loves Dr. Aschhoff so much that he can't get to the examination room fast enough. Woe betide anyone else who goes in before him—then the howling starts! 😊 There's always lots of laughter in the waiting room when our dog is there. Dr. Aschhoff is a wonderful veterinarian; for her, the animal's well-being is more important than profit. She is empathetic and loving towards our dog, but most importantly, she takes her time, no matter how full the waiting room is. Questions are answered satisfactorily and clarified between the vet and the patient. As long as we are able, we will remain her patients. Dear Dr. Aschhoff, please stay just the way you are; the animals will thank you more than anything. As long as we have a dog, you won't get rid of us. Thank you for everything! You have helped us so much.
