Friendly, professional, all-woman staff. Wait somewhat long, though.
I'm from the U.S.A. and brought my 4 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog to see Dr. Schindler, to get her European Pet Passport, so my dog can travel with me throughout Europe on the plane. I had an appointment time at 17:00 and finally got called at almost 19:00. The wait was long however, I was able to see her and paid €80.00 for pet passport. Make sure your dog has an updated rabies vaccine, you have to have the documents and name of the vaccine and also you have to have your pet microchip number. Luckily my pet just got here from the USA, so she had all her certificates and documentation. Dr. Schindler practice only accepts EURO cash or bank card. I tried to use my VISA card, but they do not accept VISA credit card. I paid in EURO.
