Reviews
I have edited my previous review because it turned out that I was wrong. I have to say that it takes a bit to get to know someone, so all I can say is that I am extremely satisfied with them. I thank them again for the quality of service and kindness.
Top....
And once again I had to go to the vet—this time to Obertshausen... and once again to veterinarian Galina Hergert. She is by far the most empathetic vet and the most compassionate person my dachshund and I have ever met. We're definitely switching vets now! Thank you, dear Galina Hergert ❤️ See you in 16 days!
2 stars for quick appointment scheduling. I have a 15-year-old, 8.4 kg dog who used to go to the groomer every 3 months. In 2025, he stopped cooperating during grooming. I tried using various sedatives, but it didn't work, and as a result, his fur became quite matted. I paid €450 to have the dog groomed under sedation, and the job was substandard. The grooming alone cost €200. There was a long strand of fur hanging off his face next to one eye, and there were also bits of fur stuck to his mouth and head. His tail wasn't properly de-matted either. They said they only dealt with mats and that it wouldn't look nice, but for €200, you can expect your dog's face to look presentable, especially since my dog is very sensitive on his face. Under sedation, it would have taken one minute; with me, it took much, much longer. What kind of work ethic is it to hand over a dog like that? I would have been ashamed. My mistake was that I couldn't take care of it earlier; I had just undergone lung surgery and chemotherapy.
A very friendly team and highly competent! I got an appointment very quickly, thank you so much! I can highly recommend them!
