For the first time since I am in Germany I feel confident about my cat’s treatment. The clinic has a real good structure and a nice staff. I am more than happy to have Frau Rocha as my cat’s veterinarian, not only because she is able to speak Portuguese (my mother language), but because she is a very thoughtful and lovely person, she takes the time to proceed with all kinds of examinations and explains every single details with patience. I just can recommend her and the clinic.

I would like to recommend Frau Rocha, because for the first time in 7 years in Germany a vet examined and did a complete checkup, she really knows what she's doing, passed a lot of confidence. Extremely careful doctor, as cats were very annoying to collect exam.

Always had good experiences. There's always been a separate waiting area for dogs and cats. Whether it's removing a foxtail from your nose, emergency care, an oxygen tent, this clinic is well-equipped and even offers overnight care. Active communication and updates on your pet's condition. The reception staff is calm and friendly and takes the necessary time for everyone. There's always someone available, not just one person. The treatment rooms are bright and welcoming. Complex canine patients can be seen through a separate entrance. The veterinarians seem competent and explain things well. Even difficult situations are handled sensitively. They cater to the needs of both the patient and the owner. Easily and quickly accessible with ample parking. I'm usually there when others can't help.

We wholeheartedly recommend the Trillig Veterinary Clinic and are very grateful for the loving care our dog received. Communication was excellent throughout – both during our dog's stay and upon pickup. The pickup took place during the emergency service, which was understandably very busy and stressful for the entire team. Nevertheless, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel truly well cared for. Despite the heavy workload, they attended to each individual patient and even apologized kindly for any waiting times. We especially appreciated the reassurance that we weren't left on our own after our discharge. They explicitly told us we could contact them anytime with questions – this provided tremendous peace of mind. We left with a very positive feeling and were always confident that our dog was in the best possible hands. The prices are also perfectly reasonable and reflect the quality, service, and dedication of the team. Thank you so much for this outstanding work!
