I've been taking my cats here regularly for the past three years. I have a good feeling about the vets and the other staff at the practice. They're very empathetic, and you can get an appointment quickly, even if something unexpected comes up. However, you should always understand that an emergency takes precedence over a regular appointment. That can happen, but that's okay—it could be your own pet, after all. The prices are perfectly reasonable, as the vets take the time to explain everything to the owner in detail. The focus here is on the animals' well-being, not on making as much money as possible as quickly as possible. If possible, I won't take my kittens to any other practice. I have complete confidence in the vets' assessments and their treatment.

The food was badly packaged. Everything leaked out in the bag. And I've never experienced anything so brazen in a restaurant before. I wanted noodles instead of rice with both of my meals. I paid 3 euros extra per person for the noodles and then they left out the rice. If I have to pay 3 euros extra for the noodles, I expect the rice to stay. That's where we went last time. The lady with the protruding teeth was also unfriendly, by the way. And a restaurant where I can't pay by card these days is a joke anyway. I wonder why that is.

A friendly, welcoming team. The staff and doctors are very empathetic. You can also get tips (for example, on brushing your dog's teeth). Wait times for appointments aren't long either. All in all, I highly recommend the practice.
