My dog almost died! We went there because my usual vet wasn't open, or rather, didn't open until the afternoon, but my dog was very ill that morning. There was no proper examination, and consequently, the treatment was incorrect. After the visit, my dog continued to worsen. I called again, and they told me to be patient and wait. Based solely on my gut feeling, I went back to my usual vet that afternoon. After a simple examination, they suspected canine malaria. Blood tests and further examinations confirmed it! Canine malaria is fatal if not treated promptly! If I hadn't decided to go back to my regular vet, my dog would be dead! NEVER AGAIN!!
I was at the practice on a Friday shortly before 6 pm with a puppy who was vomiting. The staff was incredibly friendly and calm. They immediately put me at ease and I was able to relax a bit. It felt very welcoming and friendly. If it weren't so far away, I would choose this practice as my regular vet for my dogs. If something were to happen again and my usual vet wasn't available, this would be my go-to place.
Wonderful friendly service. We needed help at 10pm on a Friday evening for our poorly cat and when I telephoned they said "bring him now". We had two follow-up consultations on Saturday and Sunday morning. How's that for service! Our cat is healthy and happy now. Thank you.
Our cat was badly injured on Saturday evening, so we had to use the emergency vet clinic. We received a warm welcome and knew we were in the right place. Because of his injuries, our cat was put under anesthesia and thoroughly examined. The vet knew exactly what to do and fixed everything. He received aftercare, and after a brief chat, we went home happy. Many thanks to Ms. Schönfelder, she loves cats! 🥰
She was very nice. But the man was awful. Unfriendly, rude. Words fail me. 42 euros just to remove the bandage. Absolutely outrageous. We called again because we wanted the bill, and all we heard on the phone was him saying to his wife, "Now they want another bill." The bill was a joke. Removing the bandage was about 18 euros, and examining the wound was 17 euros. But neither was done; they just charged us. I can't recommend them. Very disappointed.
