Everything was perfect! The treatment was super quick despite another patient being booked. The consultation was competent and easy to understand. The cat trusted you, so it was a good decision to have him treated by you. Getting there was no problem, and the opening hours were excellent! A very good veterinary practice. Although they couldn't help my cat last year, I received excellent advice and was treated with great care. I recently took my cat there to have her microchipped and I was very satisfied.

We brought our dog Loki to the veterinary practice because of stomach problems and we can't thank them enough. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly well cared for. The entire team was not only highly competent but, above all, simply wonderful on a personal level. We were particularly impressed that the staff even took the time after closing time to conduct the examinations thoroughly. We never felt like we were bothering them or being a nuisance – quite the opposite. Every single question was answered patiently, and our concerns were taken seriously and understood. And this wasn't actually the first time we've received help here in a difficult situation – it was now the third time they responded quickly and were even available to assist us after regular opening hours. This is absolutely not something to be taken for granted and shows how much heart and dedication the staff puts into their work. You could really feel that everything was being done to make the animal feel better again. As desperate dog owners, this kind of support means so much. The fact that help is provided here even after hours without any complaints deserves the utmost respect.
