It's almost impossible to put the experience into words. Our Maxi (a 4-year-old German Shepherd) tore both cruciate ligaments in her hind legs. The first surgery took place in Zessen. The procedure itself was very well done, but the staff's approach was terrible. On a recommendation, we then went to Dr. Jähde. It was a night-and-day difference. Even the initial examination was wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly kind. On the day of the surgery, our Maxi was treated like a little child. The first thing she did was give her a "whatever" treat, which completely relaxed her. A huge thank you to every single member of staff at the practice. We are very pleased; our dog received a very warm welcome. "Ahhhhhh, what a cutie!" He's a real ladies' man, and of course, the treatment was top-notch. They were attentive to both the animal and the owner, offering help with every question and advice before even considering harsh chemicals. A fantastic team of doctors and nurses.
